Twenty-six-year-old Ng Wei Jie, who has been battling leukemia, has found a matching bone marrow donor from Taiwan. The donor has agreed to proceed, and Ng is scheduled to undergo his final round of chemotherapy on June 5 before the bone marrow transplant.

After the hospital started searching for a bone marrow match in March of this year, the first matching donor could not be located. Subsequently, a second match was found, and it was confirmed that a donor from Taiwan was suitable, giving Ng the chance for a life-saving transplant.

With the needed RM250,000 for his medical expenses now fully raised, Ng is deeply grateful for the public's generosity in helping him through this difficult time. He hopes to recover soon, return to work, and continue contributing to society.

Ng expressed his heartfelt thanks for the donations and well-wishes, which have provided him with emotional support and the strength to persevere. He feels deeply touched by the kindness and support from everyone.
