The child has successfully recovered from surgery and was discharged from the hospital. With smiles on their faces, the parents recently visited the One Hope Charity Service Center to express their gratitude to the public.

Compared to their first visit to One Hope Charity seeking assistance, where the mother was filled with worry and tears, now she wears a beaming smile. Looking at their beloved child sleeping peacefully, they can finally breathe a sigh of relief, knowing they can accompany their child as they grow up, filled with happiness as a family.

Muhammad Imam Malik bin Muhammad Hamzah, a baby boy from Kepala Batas, Kedah, was diagnosed with a severe heart defect shortly after birth. He not only struggled to breathe independently, relying on oxygen assistance, but also required urgent surgery within two weeks to prevent a life-threatening situation. Overwhelmed by the substantial cost of the surgery, the parents tearfully pleaded for assistance from the community.

Now, the baby has undergone surgery on April 2nd, which went smoothly. After safely passing the critical period in the intensive care unit, he was finally allowed to return home with his family on the eve of Ramadan, April 9th. Subsequent check-ups have shown that the baby is in good condition.
