"Feeling very touched because we saw enthusiastic people from all three major ethnic groups donating to help our child. For the first time, we felt that there is warmth and compassion everywhere in society, which is very heartwarming."

Ismail Aisar Bin Muhammad Saiful Izwan from Perak's Parit Buntar has already been scheduled for surgery at the hospital, with the date yet to be determined. His parents are very grateful for the timely assistance from the public, which has given their child the opportunity to undergo surgery.

Two-year-old Ismail Aisar, the younger brother of a set of twins, was hospitalized three days after birth due to jaundice. The doctor detected a heart murmur and further tests confirmed that the baby boy had a hole in his heart, which has been managed with medication to alleviate the condition. Recently, doctors discovered that the child's heart valve is regurgitating, and if left untreated, the situation could worsen.

Now that the necessary medical expenses for the boy have been fully raised, One Hope Charity will stop fundraising from today onwards. We hope the child's surgery goes smoothly. They have no way to repay the public's life-saving kindness but promise to continue doing good deeds to help other patients in need.
